Your local permitting authority may require that aerobic treatment units be under contract with a maintenance provider that will routinely inspect your system. This contract is designed to protect you, your neighbors and the environment from untreated wastewater being disposed of onto your lawn. Inspections are generally conducted every four months. Our inspectors are highly trained to service most types of aerobic treatment units and will provide you with a report detailing the status of your system and indicate any actions or repairs that may be needed. We electronically file all necessary reports with the appropriate authority after each inspection for your convenience and provide a copy for your records.
We are committed to helping our customers have a well maintained, fully functional septic system. Our routine inspections ensure that your system is functioning as designed and is not unsanitary. You'll have piece of mind knowing that your family or pets are safe from any health hazards associated with your septic system. We check the basic operation of the components, clean the aerator air filter, test the floats, pump, sprinklers and check the sludge level in the pump tank. Any problems, or potential problems, are noted on the inspection report. Please call our office at 903-285-5255, email or download contract to get set up on a compliance inspection contracts plan today!
